The website is owned by Logo In Hours LLC. In this disclosure, “WE”, “US” AND “OUR” will be referred to Logo In Hours LLC. “YOU” AND “You’re” will be referred to you the user.
By accessing the website or websites designed for different states and managed by Logo In Hours LLC or using the website you agree to the privacy policies of this website. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains what information we collect from users of our website and describes how we will use it

1) name, phone, E-mail, logo vision to develop logo concepts
2) Any contact form, questions, reviews, comments.
3) We do not collect any payment information, as we use online tools like cash App, Zelle, Paypal.
4) Colour preferences and interests.
What did we do with the information?
1) To design logo.
2) We may use the information to improve our products and services.
Customer orders
Payment:
The Customer ordering for any of the available services will pay for the Service once the design is approved. No upfront charge. Designed logo will be delivered by email in the unusually used formats like JPG, PNG, AI, EPS/ PSD, PDF.
Refunds:
Once you have taken final delivery, we cannot provide a refund.
Copyright for the Logo & Client’s Responsibility
We will not take responsibility for the custom design, if not protected by the buyer/client through copyright, as our team will design logos based on the logo vision or images provided by clients. We are designers only. However, we will give support for redesign at 25% of the regular charge once you fail to submit the design while doing a copyright application. We always try to make the design unique and memorable. However, as clients often give their feedback to edit the design before final approval, it may come close to any other design. In that case, if things happen without our knowledge, clients may take discounted advantage to edit the design again. We are not a law office and clients will be requested to contact any law office for filing copyright applications.
If any design becomes almost similar to any design inadvertently, full or partial, then please let us know at info@logoinhours.com and by phone at 83- 736-7335 ( use both options) to take off the design from our portfolio and inform clients for whom we did the design.
Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, share or rent your personal information. All the information stored about you by us is secured by the internal security policy. All our employees and designers sign a Non-Disclouser agreement before they start working with us and must comply with all our privacy policies. It is not our responsibility if an event arises due to unauthorized access to your personal information.
Responsibility for the Content
Logo In Hours LLC isn’t ready to accept any blame regarding anything posted from some other website or person on the client’s website… Therefore, there is no warranty that the material related to the website you shared with us will be safe. Logo In Hours LLC also doesn’t advocate anyone’s opinion regarding a website, either by a member or someone else. If you’re a client and you’ve shared some private data related to your site, or the project you assigned to us will be at your own risk because we are not responsible if anyone tries to access it using malicious ways.
Also, the client has to agree before the project that he/she won’t make any issue if there is a problem during or after the project related to the website he/she provided. We’re not responsible if any video or image gets leaked from the client’s site. Moreover, the client will have to pay in order to get all the rights to use the graphics, image of his/her choice. This also includes templates for brochures, T-shirt designs, and any other wallpaper. All in all, the client has to be responsible for any kind of malicious activity.
Links to Third-Party Services
The website provided by the client may have links to third-party services as well. Logo In Hours LLC has no responsibility for securing that content. Also, Logo In Hours LLC is providing Linked Content to clients only as a convenience, and the inclusion of such Linked Content is not an endorsement by us. If clients want to access that Linked content, they will have to do it at their own risk.

Copyright Infringement
We are always careful about copyright infringement. If there is any concern in this respect on any image or logo we made following the client’s instruction, please let us know immediately at info@logoinhours.com and 832-736-7335. We will immediately take necessary action to take off the image, and doing refund to clients for whom we made the same.
Clients also are requested to avoid any copyright image before requesting us to make any design close or similar to that.
Marketing
We may use your information to notify you about our new services or offers. We may contact you by SMS, Social Media, post, fax, email, or telephone.
We reserve the right to change and amend these privacy policies without any notice to you. It is your responsibility to regularly review privacy policies.
Information of Children
The Website and Products are for business use and are not intended for or targeted toward children under 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect any information about Children. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor the internet usage of their children and ensure they do not provide personal information
